I haven't cursed or done anything else and I just got a ban for nothing.
I was being rude before, but I won't do it again and I still get banned.

Rules and polite behavior are for everyone to feel good. Swearing, arrogance, empty chatter and spamming from fake accounts again spoil the general atmosphere. Accusing people who inform people who care about the latter things about the common person feeling good is a sign of one of two things: either that the accuser has bad intentions or an underdeveloped mind/sense of empathy. And creating an extra account for yourself to post on the forum (zero game) and comment on the forum is also very cool, right? Otherwise, I really recommend considering creating a "mute user" button.

Watch what you put in private. You start to get excited about someone else's sex life and then you realize or something that you shouldn't have written it anyway.
