Error in a thousand

While playing a thousand, a situation arose where the third zero should have resulted in -100 points, but the player had 4x9 and instead received 100 points. It would have been fair for the player not to have lost or gained.
4x9 is 100 (only applies if the player has 800 or more points)
I know that, but if you don't win 3 games in a row, it's -100.
Where in the rules does it say anything about taking tricks? If a player gets three consecutive zeros, then 100 points are lost. In this example, we can't talk about three zeros, or an empty topic.
Rules: In addition, the user gets 100 points if their first 7 cards include 4 nines. If a third zero appears in the table, 100 points are deducted from the user's score. There is no third zero, because at the beginning of the round you get 100 points for four nines - you don't even have to bid :)
Rule of a Thousand When a third zero appears in the table, 100 points are subtracted. But if 4 nines make 100, then the table does not have 0, but 100. So everything is correct.
It's never been discussed here, but in live, the 4 and 9 are played differently. I got 100 points even when I was dealt, which is correct in itself, ok I guess I offered that I could get at least 50 points, which is quite fair for an already poor card. Another topic is that if you, as the winner of the bid, get the fourth "9" from the ground. You could get 100 points, but on the condition, as with all trumps, that you have to take 1 trick and not give away your hand! I think this variant has been played in many regions of Estonia! It would add 1 extra bonus (trumps) to the game, and if you have the spades before you, you could get over 120 points.
A swamp is like an alternating current - sometimes it is and sometimes it is not.

You should still be able to follow the idea, make jokes in the joke corner...
I would propose an innovation where if you get 5 "nines", you immediately get 200 points. And if the winner of the bid gets a fifth "nine" from the "ground" and takes a trick with all five "nines", you immediately get 400 points.
