Points are not counted if no moves are made.

Hi, I came up with the idea that in a duel game (checkers, chess) no points would be counted if one of the players doesn't make any moves. What do you think?
Yes, that seems fair, chess.com has a similar system. Of course, some idiots might start taking advantage of it and start games after a bull and then exit immediately, but that wouldn't be a big problem, I guess.
The question arose as to what would prompt such a change. Have there been any problems, that maybe no one is allowed to make the first move, or in what sense and where did such a plan come from? I don't really care about it, the only thing is, as driv already mentioned, that there could be more games that don't start. I don't see much point in it, to be honest :)
Is this also the case with nails?
I looked at the numbers a bit: 269,000 duel games have been played this year, 6,000 of which are games with less than 2 moves (0 or 1 - one of the users has not made a move), 3,500 of which are games played in tournaments. And in the case of leaving a tournament, the rating must change! So we are talking about 2,500 games that "should have" remained without a rating change. In percentage terms, this makes less than 1% of the games. I think there is no point in complicating the system for this 1%. Considering the possibility of funny teeth brought up by the driver. Unless someone really objects, I would close this topic for now.
