If you still can't exchange credit for money, then there's no problem. In my opinion, credit is simply in circulation, sometimes more, sometimes less. Credit is the same as points. If playing with points is not prohibited, it's not prohibited with credit either. In my opinion, credit is the wrong word for it.
As long as the credit cannot be transferred to another (actually a prerequisite for the possibility of transfer or money laundering) or converted into material value, I don't think there should be any problems... Look, already 10 years ago, more skilled online players (I generally mean minors and such youth strategy games) could somehow earn money or phone credit for themselves physically; for example, they could directly give some bonuses to a friend or share "game assets" such as fame, sol, etc. There is nothing like that in Vint. There may be some "side" agreements here and maybe someone will pay somehow, it's up to them who benefits from it. Chess and cards are played privately for money, I think. If in the past, for example, you could sometimes play with small amounts of money in Werner, the rule was that money was put under the table (chess) before the game started, now 2 friends could play chess together on vint.ee by putting money under the computers :D ... But VintCoin itself wouldn't be a bad idea :p
VintCoin is not a bad name at all :)
I received a response from the tax office: Hello, In response to your question, does virtual credit have monetary value? If virtual money cannot be sold, then it has no monetary value and therefore it is not gambling. Another important aspect is that virtual credit cannot be sold/transferred from one account to another. Otherwise, a "black market" may arise. Maybe tournaments with participation fees will come! A little programming work needs to be done and I think the first tournaments will take place already on Sunday.
I forgot that the fourth stage of the Mental Sports Olympiad starts on Monday. Since the server has to work without errors during that time, I will not make any changes to the server code (especially tournament-related) before the Olympiad. Maybe these tournaments with participation fees will come on Friday.
Can you transfer virtual credit from one account to another in Vindis?
Look two posts up...
The entry fees are 3, 5, 10 and 25 credits. A 1-credit entry fee is simply so small that it does not make the winning pot large enough. At the same time, 3 credits is also a small enough amount to try your luck in a tournament. In the first version, the rating will not change in tournaments with entry fees. The credit won should be a sufficient motivator. And this way we also eliminate a double minus for losers - minus in the form of credits and in the form of rating.
Done!
I think it's done when I get 15 players I'll make a tournament with entry fees, will the winner get something or will the second and third place also get something. I couldn't find any posts on this topic. If and when then how much does the guy take, it doesn't matter,,,,
