Maybe take it easy now? Today 40 users played checkers and 37 played bismarck. Everything is fine.
It's not just about today specifically, but about the fact that in the future we could choose the start times so that the series don't overlap - so that we could then shift the other series accordingly, if one has a certain agreed time! Some time ago, no one thought much of a series competition, now it's an everyday reality and that's great! There certainly shouldn't be a rule now that in absolutely all game types, 20 out of 30 counts.! The proportion is more or less like that, but you can also make series of 10 out of 15! 30 days (let's say 20) is still too much to play one game type in a row! However, series of games with longer time controls would also be needed, and then they would already be, for example, over the whole year and 9 (8) out of 12 would count; this could apply to practical board games such as chess and checkers.
For card games, 30 days in a row is ok - it's still more entertainment. For checkers and chess, we do it in a slightly different format - 5 tournaments a week, 6 weeks in a row. That way you get 2 days off a week.
posted by rabapalm Like an obsession that checkers must definitely start at 20:00, especially if the card game series is at 20:30 - why!?? If they are taking place on the same day, then it's easy, 1.5 hours difference in start times and that's it! If checkers is at 20:00, then the card game series, for example, 18:30, etc.!
It could just as well be one day and the other the next day. Three users played both, who are good. :)
The start of the checkers series definitely cannot be postponed to 7 p.m., because some checkers watch ETV's "Ringvaade" and others watch Kanal 2's "Reporter". A true checkers player is up to date with life.
rababalm, don't let the "Humala" checkers down and play properly in the series tournament, some sober brothers shouldn't beat you.
