No one is obligated to do anything here. But it's completely brainless to make a big fuss about something like this on a forum. What's even more brainless is that everyone has to say how great it is, other opinions are forbidden. As already mentioned, that's the moderators' job. But if they have other things to do, then find someone else who would deal with this kind of topic. And sorry for not praising it again.
They also have the right to post here who these scammers bother. And to be honest, such public exposure is the best medicine. First, moderators can't keep an eye on everything all the time, and second, it works. I believe there is no argument why it is not recommended to see scammers.

I agree that cheaters should be punished, but at the same time I don't understand what it's like for Driv4r to publish them here?! I mean, it's not a punishment and it leaves me completely indifferent that I'm reading their names here, on the forum. The matter could be specific. Rather, they could be punished and mercilessly and then the names could be posted here, to scare others!! Maybe there would be some point to the matter. At the moment I can find out from here how good a detective Driv4r is. It's not said with irony, just good that you bothered to identify these villains, but there could also be a point to the matter. You're passionate, but there's no result. Once again - what should I get from knowing that I know the names of those who cheat with Sudoku??!! nothing!! Once again - publishing the names by the mods along with the penalty rates!! Then there would be a point to the matter!!
