Texas Hold'em vint

I went to play for several years (for play money). And what happened there was pretty scary: The bets are 5-10 chips on the table, suddenly someone slams all-in for 1000. This game format has little to do with thinking. You can do better - I'm considering making a pot-limit - the bet or raise can be the same amount, the amount of money in the pot ( the bets of the current round). This way, pointless all-in slams are eliminated. The goal is not to devalue the vint.ee texas holdem rating - the 500 that you are given at the beginning has great value, you can't just throw it away by slamming it. Every hand is important and at a table of 1-2 blinds you can play enough with that money.

Very important topic!! ... so is this game also about thinking in this sense! I think this could be a game that helps keep thinking games alive and support :)

Omaha is usually played with pot limit. In Hold'em, there is one variant, fixed limit, which of course makes the game relatively boring, because most of the time the hand is played to the end, if there is even a 1% chance of getting a good combination before the river - more of a learning variant. No limit is still like a game, but credits really need to be valued somehow. For example, allow 1 free starting stack and 1 rebuy (free) once a day for the whole game. In the case of 6 tables, first place could then get 2 game-long chips and 2nd place would retain the opportunity for a new game, because they will run out of game chips. The rating system would suggest that in case of equal starting rating(!) 1st and 2nd place would get an additional rating (at a table of 6), 3rd place would remain the same and the others would then lose.

yes it is. you don't have to put it that long. you can also make it shorter, you don't even have to add that "pay up" just put it in

yes rab you're right, it at least brings in money. poker is still a money game, let it be here, the more games the better. but really only 1 game out of 10 was brought here, I still thought that the top 5 games would be brought to vint..ee this year
