wait now wait,,,,the universe is still expanding at a tremendous rate, do you mean to say that there is pressure at one end and vacuum at the other, or is there some other universe inside our universe, upside down. The story would take on new dimensions!
Not yet, but in the future, the universe will collapse at the other end. But I can put the wire back in my head and go on a journey again and look for it...

So, the universe seemed to have expanded for about 15 billion years (it's hard to estimate the time). At the moment, the "tube" has a wider diameter and a calm period, but in the future, luck will come and I can't get ahead of the transition yet.. but it's clear that there is no endless void.
The statement that there is no void may even be true, because there is enough matter in the universe, but infinity still remains.
