Now it's high time to get your feet out of the way and vote down this verification, which is illegal anyway! Especially the yellow marking!
Unbelievable. It's amazing how a mind game site can create so much chaos for its users in just a few days! Instead of dealing with real problems!
I call for an end to all VERIFICATION and a 20% vote should be enough for this, if there are any established and democratic rules on this site anymore. Even those who are already verified, vote against it, because you yourself did not know that you were being stuck with a YELLOW LABEL.
NO TO VERIFICATION!! Vote for it!

I've been going to Vint for 10 years and have been verified for a long time. Did you get the credit you bought at the beginning? I used an ID card, so what you're doing is a big, big mess.

To explain, for 2 days, regular users were initially banned from speaking in the forum, and from today also in regular rooms. The Vint.ee team therefore has very good working capacity, but this skill could still be directed towards improving the games! For example, 1 would bring the probably most popular card game internationally, Poker, whose current capabilities do not bear criticism at all! As you can see, changes can be made very quickly, simply by directing energy to the wrong place! And the suggestion that VIPs are smarter than regular users, in terms of suggestions, is absolutely not true, because money still does not buy intelligence!! What counts is the skills in the respective games or the organization of the games!

"It's nice that you have to lift your wallet to say hello to someone in the game"
There are no free lunches, that's clear. And you don't have to pay if you verify.

However, this purpose remains incomprehensible at the moment. Not at all because of any general opposition, but in its current form, the purpose of collecting data is incomprehensible and the method is extremely unsafe. It would be correct to write out this entire purpose and the use of data, etc. as prescribed by law, in the terms of use. There is also a point in the current terms of use that excludes the responsibility of the page owner regarding security, and this fact alone excludes any transfer of data for me at least :) So, first things first. The identification mentioned above via a secure solution such as a bank link/smart ID would be ok. The disorder in chat rooms, which was mentioned as the main argument, has currently been resolved by the terms of use - if you don't know how to behave, your account will be deleted and the whole thing will be a mess. The current trend of muting users without prior notice is not following good practice at all. Those who participate in official tournaments understand the need to provide their names and provide the necessary information. The problem of duplicate accounts should also be easily avoidable these days, right? Personally, I am in favor of creating a free choice for the profile, as I previously suggested.

Will you soon not be able to play if, for example, you are not vaccinated or do not support the right political party?
How stupid can human animals get?

Another thought. In connection with the disclosure of the name, there is a possibility of e-stalking. For inexperienced social media users, this means the spread of unwanted information. It took me a few minutes today to find the fb accounts of some verified users and through them discover facts about their private lives. These may not be a secret, but has everyone really thought about it? If we are talking about chat room abuse here, then this possibility creates an additional opportunity for cyber harassment on a much wider level.

Well, I'm not in the bank after all... so what's going on? I have to play with my real name. My half-brother also says he's forced to leave here. Some teachers don't want their children to know that teachers play cards here, and so do Jehovah's Witnesses. For over 10 years, they've been playing with their user name and now they can't. It's pure arbitrariness.

Am I verified now that I can post a reply?

It's tearing it apart into a Chinese-style surveillance society. Not that it's bad, it's good, but just in a slightly different cultural space. The other thing about Parralee is that if you're not part of the party, you can't speak. That also belongs to a different cultural space, or I'm behind the times.
So can't we make it so that users are here with their chosen name (or even their real name if they want) and only the guy knows the user's other details if necessary?

The Vint.ee team responded to me quite cheekily regarding this proposal to end verification. In short, the gaming federations have approved the idea and Vint's international prestige will immediately increase, etc. What's important is that this proposal, which has already received 56(!) votes in favor, is pointless, because if you offer something for free, you can also get 150 votes, etc., etc. I haven't seen proposals here in recent years, and probably not before, that were supported so quickly and so widely!
Since Vint officially says that talking is such a great benefit in these rooms that you have to do it under your own name or pay, then even compared to Delphi, this is pure nonsense! Unregistered users can also express their opinions there. So talking is a greater "benefit" than playing these days!
Why do you have to make things complicated and still overdo it? Why do you have to tag people here, as commentators have said many times!?
This annoying yellow tick, which is really annoying, could then be visible in the profile (voluntarily!) like the VIP status has been all along, but not in this completely uneven way in the rooms. Everything is OK in the tournament room of the chess series competition. . Those who are under their own name and want to be, please! Those who are not VIPs will not climb into VIP tournaments; why then this public labeling. - If some upcoming tournaments are only for verified users, then they themselves know, there is no need to stick a label in front of them!
By the way, the principle of the Vindi team, that there are no free lunches and that you have to pay for talking, not playing, is strange.
One more thing, the fact that 56 votes have been cast in favor of my proposal so far, and among them at least 20 VIP/and/or verified users, shows that it's not just the "poor" who agree to such disclosure without asking permission!
Personally, I should actually be verified, because after participating in the Rainer Rau tournament, my real name suddenly appeared publicly in my profile, which I strongly disagreed with, and after it was discovered, it was hidden again. I have also made bank transfers under my name, where the name matches my email address.
In fact, a much simpler solution could be offered: each user has a "button/buttons" in their profile, with which they can choose which of their data is public and which is not . Vint knows anyway!
