New rating table

The idea is a new rating table that reflects the average of all ratings of a player, who doesn't have to be in the ranking to be included. This way, even lower-rated games would be played and the best players would be reflected.

I wouldn't put the ratings of chess and nails in the same category. What if we made a unified ranking of mental sports: from chess to entropy. Card games and doubles would be left out. And maybe we could do that instead of a mental sports top?
