I made one user (for the Olympiad, because the teacher offered it to everyone) so I wanted to play at home and tried to play games, but it won't let me and says Authenticating... and after that it says do you want to try again.

What is the ISP at home? The symptoms indicate that the ports are closed at home (whether it is the computer's antivirus, router config, etc.)
