Football anecdote no. 21

The Estonian Football Association hires old Hottabych to promote Estonian football. The old man pulls a tuft of hair from his beard, spits on it, and then throws it into the wind. And lo and behold – the Lilleküla stadium becomes the best stadium in the world. He pulls another tuft – and the equipment of the Estonian football players is immediately the best in the world. One more tuft – and a bag of gold appears at the feet of each national team member. “But now make sure that we win the next World Cup!” Aivar Pohlak asks. “Listen, guys, I don’t have enough beard hair for that now!” Hottabych shakes his head.
