Why am I not receiving a registration confirmation email and what should I do?

The registration email usually does not arrive for the following reasons: 1) You entered an incorrect email address 2) The email we sent was classified as spam by your email service provider and the registration confirmation email ended up in your spam/junk folder. 3) Your email inbox is full If you have not found the registration confirmation email anywhere (including your spam/junk folders) within a few hours of registering, please report it on the Feedback page. In the message, describe the problem and be sure to include the email address and username you registered with. Best wishes, Vint.ee Team

And I would like to emphasize here that it may happen that our confirmation email may not arrive in your mailbox until several hours after registration (depending on your email service provider), so if you don't find the email right away, you will need to be a little patient.
