Social Credit System

I propose to introduce a social credit system on Vint.ee. If you don't know what it is, google it. The short description is that it is a reputation system that can be used to reward or punish certain behavior. The idea is that Vint.ee could give or take away points based on social credit to shape people's good behavior.
