Good to know, but are there any rules about "intentional" fouls? If I tried to be a legal JOCK, the first foul would still have to be a flash and an immediate loss!
Why is there no surrender?

I don't think even Latvia can think differently :D
Making a move with two hands (castling, capturing a piece, flagging a pawn) and pressing the clock without making a move are also considered a wrong move.
But 3pm to 6am could be a good thing.
Chess still follows FIDE rules.
Can't you find the surrender button?

In Latvia, children as young as 5-6 years old play chess and know when to politely give up to their opponent.
