The first Gomoku tournament series was won by Timo Ilu from Estonia!

Last Sunday, vint.ee's first gomoku tournament series ended.
A 7-round gomoku tournament was held every night during the month, with the 20 best results counted in the overall standings.

During the month, 23 players participated in the tournament series and the prize pool amounted to 221 credits .

The tournament series was won by one point by Timo Ilu from Estonia , who won 11 tournaments and collected 222 points . Piotr Małowiejski from Poland came in second with 221 points, and Csaba Kamarás from Hungary came in third with 144 points.

It was great to see such an international group participating in the tournament series! Next year we will probably organize the Gomoku tournament series in October.
