Would the correct rating system change?

Ehh, one mistake: to the weaker one (1-0.11)*K=0.89*K ~ 13.35, not (1-0.89).
There should also be a formula for newcomers - a character starts the game with 1400 points, but is, for example, a black level, so the stronger players lose a lot of points. There should be, for example, 20 games for newcomers, where the number of games would also be included in the rating calculation. More details are written in here search section: Variant 2 - the opponent is a NEW player
Does mixing the two scoring systems give a good result? Is it necessary to make it so difficult for a new player to get blacklisted? Is it impossible to win back this loss of points? If this guy plays 20 games, if he's a good player, he'll still come and beat you and you'll lose points too, or won't he?
It doesn't bother him to become black, he still gets his points first. An old player doesn't just lose 40 points if he gets 1400 from his brother. If they are already on the same stick, then the old player no longer loses 40 points, but, for example, 15. If you don't want to mess with the points calculation, then let the newcomers be, for example, a different color or something.
There's something to this idea. We need to think about it and consider how to do it so that everyone benefits. It's not worth dismissing :) In short, the vint.ee team is discussing it
