Daily Sudoku totals do not match

Namely, I started looking at my daily statistics and it turned out that in the March daily Sudoku rankings by month, my points are 1970, but when you add up the total results of all days, the points are 1971! I would like to know what this difference is from and is it a mistake or what?? A small difference, but still...

Things got worse in February: 3321 points in the monthly ranking and 3324 points in the daily total! :/

It sounds like a difference due to rounding. In the daily section, you round each day to a whole number and then add them up, but in the monthly section, you calculate with decimal places and only round at the end.

Ahh, I also thought that it could be something like that, but I'm not sure ;) So all the individual Sudoku results are added up per month and the sum is rounded? In that case, the points per month are more accurate and I don't need to look at the sum of the days.
