Tiit Vunk and Marten Meikop became Estonian champions in the mental sports all-around doubles competition.

Over the weekend, the Estonian Mind Sports Pentathlon Championship and the Youth Cup for Pairs took place at the Kullo hobby club in Tallinn. They competed in Sudoku solving, chess, bridge, gomoku and Russian checkers. A total of 23 pairs, or 46 competitors, participated in the two-day competition in different disciplines. The championship title was awarded in the overall standings of the five disciplines. This time, the fight for first place went down to the last set of the last discipline. Since the first two pairs collected the same number of place points in the five disciplines, the winner was determined by counting the medal places achieved in different disciplines. In a tense battle, the founders of the vint.ee portal Marten Meikop and Tiit Vunk emerged as the winners!
