In addition to his extraordinary opening theories and his great contribution to popularizing chess worldwide, he also gave the world the Fisher random chess game format.
Fischer chess is played at a very high level in the world - just recently, Magnus Carlsen won the Fischer Chess World Championship .
To honor Bobby Fischer's legacy to the chess world, vint.ee is organizing the Fischer Random Chess Tournament Series starting on March 9th (Bobby Fischer's birthday).
