Vinti and Kullo's day of mind games

Vint.ee is organizing a free event for the second year in a row, a three-game competition - checkers - chess - gomoku tournaments, in cooperation with the Kullo hobby club! While last year the competition was held on 21.12., now we have brought it earlier - to 15.11. The venue is the same - Kullo Hobby Center (Mustamäe tee 59, Tallinn). More detailed information to come, but I will give some information from last year, which remains the same: Pre-registration is coming, on-site registration is only possible if there are free places, although of course we will try to accommodate everyone, but the rooms and equipment may still set their own limits. Kullo cafe is closed on Sunday. We will try to offer participants tea, water and something to eat, but we also ask those who stay the whole day to bring their own food. As mentioned earlier, the event is free. However, voluntary donations to vint.ee are accepted, so that it would be possible to organize more and more such events in the future.

I am waiting for registrations for the day of finches and kullo mind games, which will be held next Sunday (see the event calendar for information). Since there are few sponsors, there will be a few fewer prizes and there will be no catering as much as last year. As an innovation, in addition to the 3 first-place trophies, we have a trophy for the best woman - last year it would have been awarded to user Diana, who came in 13th place overall.

The results are now out under the Vindi calendar. We can say that the day went well. The biggest surprise was provided by user liisemarie, who achieved 2nd place in gomoku and also fought hard in checkers (8th place).
