posted by Kellapeksija Hello, can one person participate in one area separately?
Yes, although you could invite some classmates to participate too!

There aren't many serious athletes at my school, so there's no one to ask, but how is the regatta going? Is it enough to say I'm participating in a chess tournament?

Send an e-mail to [email protected]. Write your name, class and school and that you are participating in chess.

I would also like to participate, but I have some questions. Should I start competing at school at exactly 2:00 PM? , (e.g. sudoku). Or can I also start at, e.g. 3:30 PM? Last question: how long does one stage of the competition last, i.e. how long do I have to play checkers for example? Waiting for the answers, Helen.

Hi, Yes - in the case of an online tournament, everyone starts at the same time - at 14:00. Maybe you can ask about the last few hours. The checkers tournament lasts about 1h 40 min.

For those who want to participate in gomoku, but the school has not organized it - I have closed Kullo's computer class with about 16 places. So if anyone wants to play there on November 7th, please let me know in advance either in vindis or at [email protected]

The activity of schools in participating in the competition is surprising. At the moment, 50 schools have announced their participation! True, nine of them have not yet submitted a list of students with vint.ee usernames, but there is still a whole week left until the competition - perhaps we will get the information together. The most popular area is checkers - currently 235 students, Sudoku 151, chess 132 and gomoku 102.

It's good to see that there are also participants from my former school (Viljandi Paalalinna Gymnasium, now merged with other gymnasiums and named Viljandi Gymnasium)! I'll keep my fingers crossed for them, of course ;]
