I can't get the screw in at all...everything works...what's wrong with this thing now...I've been trying to get the screw in for half an hour but I can't
I've had the same problem for the second day. It lets me in as a researcher but not with my username.

Haven't been able to log in for two days.
There really is something wrong somewhere. We are looking, dealing with the matter, and trying to solve it.
