I posted a sample table http://www.vint.ee/eesti-parim-kaardimangija/?year=test, which was generated from July / August data. Currently, the plan is to establish a condition that each game must be played 30 times within two months and all of these games must be played to the end. As you can see, there was no such player in July-August who played all games 30 times, but if you put out prizes, then they will probably play!
Here I think it would be reasonable to establish that 30 games count, whoever plays more, their worse results will simply be discounted.
If you have 30 games and a very good rating, then you don't need to play this game anymore - you can focus on others.
If some games don't have 30, then their rating won't count??
If you don't reach 30 in any game, you won't qualify for the competition at all.
Everyone should have the same rating at the beginning, otherwise there will be a mess, with players with higher ratings playing against each other and those who start with 1300, for example, have no hope of moving up. Or maybe I'm completely misunderstanding something. My vision was always that smart men do this. A table will be opened where they can register for this event. After that, everyone will have a rating of 1400 and then let it go. AAA, someone would not give up their black or red rating in order to win possible credit. Otherwise, this competition is just a transition from random games to a so-called competition where there is a point? If there is something similar, then sorry, I couldn't read it.
In two months, a good player can raise their rating to a high level in all games.
I see the concern in the fact that in the meantime I would just like to play, without thinking about it any further. I guess I should make a second user account for the beer pong. In the morning, with a fresh head, I play these "relevant" games, and in the evening, with my other self, I rest and tease the rating earners with my "set squares". And the attendance at tournaments will probably also drop, because there it is more likely to lose rating than gain it.
Yes - everyone is free to choose their own strategy.
Additionally, looking at this sample table, there is no one in the top ten who has a rating of 2100 in any game. Maybe those who have a very high rating (2100 ) only have it in one game. It is easier to be very good at one game than to be good at all games!
