The organizer can choose to time-control a thousand tournaments

The tournament community thought that the time control could be changed so that the organizer could choose the bidding time (30-45 seconds or something like that), but no more than 10 seconds would be left during the game, or at least that would be selectable!

It should be added to the topic that at least a thousand tournaments should change the rules regarding latecomers. The time limit makes no sense, in my opinion latecomers should no longer be allowed into the 3rd round (in the case of 11 rounds) or only if they get 1 more table. I believe that in many other card games and also, for example, chess and checkers, the same issue exists; unnecessary free rounds arise and the latecomer generally starts to "go crazy" anyway, which disrupts the normal rhythm. Be a VIP or not, but don't be late!

Here you can register for the last game of the nearly hour-long chess tournament and it will be included in the rating https://lichess.org/

30 seconds between rounds would also need to be adjusted. It would be better to have 2-3 rounds in a row (with the same opponents). Then a break and new opponents. The same issue in Bismarck.

On average, it's good, but in that time you won't have time to smoke, go to the toilet, or flip pancakes, maybe make the interval shorter, but somewhere in the middle round take a longer break, e.g. 1 min. 45 sec :D , you'd have time to go to the gym :)

I support the fact that there could be a longer break in the half tournament, for example 2 minutes. The interval between rounds should be 15 seconds. This could be in all tournaments with at least 6 rounds. The delay could be so that when the second round starts, you can't come anymore.

1. Each round could have approx. 1 minute in total, but for each one a little sliding, in the 5 2 system, for example. 8 moves, wrong, 5 seconds 2 reserve for each move. The main time would be "sliding", i.e. if you move faster than 5 seconds, you get a little extra time for another move, if you let the main time go over, then you still have this 2 reserve to make the move. This would be important because in the case of a more complicated distribution you can create a little space for thinking and at the same time still have 2. If you can't manage it, the computer will automatically start working on the VIPs. The total time probably won't be more than 1.5 minutes. 2. The break between rounds should really be 15 seconds and the average (after the 5th or 6th round) break should be longer, for example, in the case of 11 rounds, the total for the breaks would be: 9x15= 2 min. 15 sec longer break 1m (or 2m?) 45 s, i.e. total breaks 4 (or 5?) minutes. 3. 1m 45 seconds for dealing cards (spoons) and if you also take into account the bidding procedures, which also take no more than 10 minutes, then the tournament can last no more than 30 minutes in total.

Bismarck also needs to make changes to the time control. Bismarck has 24 rounds and is a very long tournament, but if a player keeps going at the last second, the tournament will stretch to 1.5 hours, then the tournament will simply become boring. I have had to withdraw from so many tournaments that it is obvious that a chronic time procrastinator has entered the tournament.

The only thing I'm suggesting at the moment is that the move time in tournaments would be 10 seconds (in regular games, it would be whatever the table creator chooses). The bidding time would remain 30 seconds.

And if the VIP misses 3 times before the end of time, the game is also over, it's not an excuse to say, "Oh, I went to the potty," ridiculous.
