I'm a little confused now... Doesn't the Summer Finches and Owls' Day of Mind Games announced by Antsu really extend beyond the finches' summer days? It was like that last year..
Yes, we decided to organize a separate event where only Vind users would come together (last year there was confusion at Karepa about who was at the Rendzu camp and who was at Vind summer days :)) and we could hold EMV reverse checkers (delivery).
Me and the tornado....we offer accommodation at the Udutalu in Jõgeva Maa, next to Lake Kuremaa, see www.udutalu.ee
It seems OK in itself. Prices: 1 floor for up to 100 people - 1000 (tables, benches, dance floor, fridge, band corner) - you can probably organize a tournament there. We assume that 30 people will come, then 1000 / 30 = 35 EEK 2 floor for overnight stay in 4 rooms - 2000 (10 beds for 14 people free floor space) Those who want to stay in the house will have to pay 2000 / 14 = 150 EEK For campers: Car tent barbecue area food for meals washing facilities: Adult - 60 I will come and check this place out in a couple of weeks. Who do I contact? NB! Is this place free the last weekend of July??
Relvo Sport motel Accommodation The house has 13 spacious rooms with different interior designs. Most of the rooms have basic amenities such as washing facilities and a desk. Relvo Sport Motel accommodates a maximum of 42 people. The accommodation is suitable for both family holidays and social events. Catering • Cozy environment, a view of nature, delicious dishes, a rich selection of soft drinks and alcoholic beverages. What could be better to forget your everyday worries? • The kitchen at Relvo Sport motel offers breakfast, lunch and dinner. The cost of breakfast is included in the price of the accommodation. • The kitchen also prepares birthday, wedding and other party tables. The price of the party table depends on the specific order, which is prepared according to the client's wishes. Sauna • The sauna is located in the same building as the motel. In a hot wood-fired sauna In the evenings it is good to relax and cool off in the 10m pool. The sauna stage and the anteroom can comfortably accommodate five people at a time, and the anteroom can comfortably accommodate the same number of people. • If desired, the fireplace room can also be used together with the sauna, which can accommodate 12 people. In the fireplace room, it is nice to have dinner by the crackling fire and cook saslõkki or grill sausages. Active vacation • At the Relvo Sport motel, you can spend a diverse and active vacation. We offer the opportunity to play tennis, use the sports hall and gym, rent bicycles and hiking trails. Customers can use the football, volleyball, basketball and badminton courts. Those who are interested and determined can try their hand at darts, air rifle or pistol accuracy. • For active people, there is table tennis and corona indoors. For intelligent people who are interested in puzzles, we offer chess and checkers, and for children, well-known TV games. • More modern games include funball, petanque and cricket at the Relvo Sport motel. -- They also organize children's camps. The last week of July should be free, the camp ends a few days earlier. I've spent half my school years there myself. They're not just acquaintances, they're friends. In short, it's a great place. The place is decent, the sports facilities are very good, the location is also good. I'm speechless about the price right now, because I don't know how much I can negotiate. Definitely more than 60.- a face, but at least you don't have to carry a bird with you. RELVO SPORT MOTELL Address Saverna, Valgjärve parish, 63418 Phone 534 03523; -- If I bothered to drag myself to the next day's event, I could ask, tapping the ground with my boot toe, how much the cost of this event will be.
The event will take place on the last weekend of August (29-30.08). I went to see Udu Farm. It is a suitable venue if we have 50 people. With 20 people, there is a risk that half of the place will be taken up by another group and then it will be a mess - I would still like to be with the Vint people separately and without interruption. In short - since I currently have no idea whether 15 or 50 people will come to our summer days, I guess we need to start with registration. Registration would take place until the beginning of August and then we will see: if 15-20 people come, we will stay in Lohusuu, if more than 30, we will take the entire complex of Udu Farm. Financially, you have to consider 200EEK/person in Udu Farm / 60EEK/person in Lohusuu (there is no meal there) 100 EEK for the registration fee for the EMV (which will go to support Vint). What do you think? Will people be able to decide during the month of July whether this time is right for them or not? In addition, there shouldn't be any problems booking a place this summer even in early August - MASU is operating and the last weekend of August is not the most popular anyway.
I looked into Mokko.ee accommodation - There you can get a room, overnight stay (with breakfast) and a sauna for 300 EEK / person and August 29 is available. The place is beautiful (the rooms are comfortable and you can jump straight into the pond from the sauna :)) and private (no one will come to disturb us there) - in my opinion, much better than Udu Talu. PS! This place is only about 5 km away from Udu Talu! And Udu Talu's price offer (without food) was also 200 EEK / person! Now the price is the issue - this offer is made with the calculation that we will stay 20 people for the night. 300 EEK is divided into: overnight stay - 200 EEK sauna - 50 EEK breakfast - 50 EEK So everyone could choose between these options. In addition, they offered the option to order food on Saturday - lunch and dinner both 100 EEK. However, I think it is more reasonable if everyone brings their own sandwich. What do you think?

You can't survive on sandwiches you've made all day long (okay, you can survive, but that's torturing yourself). You would definitely need a hot meal for lunch and dinner. 100 kroons is of course excessively expensive for one meal. Even in Tallinn's Old Town you can eat cheaper. You could think about cooking your own meals. For example, boil a bunch of rice and buy frozen vegetables and then mix everything together in a large pan to make risotto. I've been to several events where about twenty people can be fed this way with little effort and little money.
Would someone be so kind as to tell me what - where and exactly is happening? As I understand it, there are three different options? And none of them are certain yet? So I can't even calculate financially how much it would cost? And well, in general.. I don't even know today whether to regatta or not ;) :)
The venue is a certain Mokko holiday home (mokko.ee). Participation in the summer days costs 150 EEK (training 1 meal on Saturday). Accommodation (in rooms) costs an additional 250 EEK (for this you can also use the sauna in the evening and eat on Sunday morning).
