Estonian Cadet Championship in International Checkers

The Estonian Cadet Championship held an international checkers tournament over the weekend. Joanna Sild and Veronika (both Lasnamäe KK) tied for first place after the main tournament with 15 points. In the second game of the follow-up match, Sild managed to win and take the championship title. Anneli Trees (also Lasnamäe KK) took third place with 11 points. Janek Jaanimäe (Nõmme KK) won the boys' title with 20 points. Last year's winner Hendrik Tamm (Pärnu) came in second with 17 points, and Andreas Tulva (Lasnamäe) came in third with 16 points.
