Vint.ee turned 7 years old!

Hi, Yesterday, 27.02, Vint had a birthday - Vint.ee turned 7 years old! What interesting things have happened in the last year? It must be admitted that Vint.ee has made a big leap in development over the last year - now it is possible to play Vint games on tablets and smartphones. I dare to think that without this change, Vint would have half the number of users. In connection with the changes, Vint had some serious problems (which manifested themselves during the first round of the Mental Sports Olympiad). Irregularities make the mind work - while solving performance problems, we found about 10 more bugs that would have manifested themselves sooner or later; In addition, we found a much more affordable VPS provider. Vint's server is now located in the Netherlands. If you play checkers on Vint on two computers located next to each other, every move will be made in the Netherlands in the meantime. The Internet is wonderful :) What's next? Entropia will be coming to the Vint2.0 environment in March. We are also improving the replayability of games: There will be an opportunity to watch the game "in real time", the pieces will move on the board with exactly the same time difference as they did in the game. It will be possible to see which move the user thought longer on. If we also start recording Sudoku solving moves in tournaments and in-game Sudoku, you will be able to see how, for example, Tiit solves a 9x9 easy Sudoku in 30 seconds. Vinti will also have a new game this year - the card game Thousand. After these updates, we will stop the development of vint.ee for a while and focus on marketing Mindoku. We need to think carefully about what functionality to add to Vinti - we have worked hard and created Vinti functionality that no one actually uses (for example, paid tournaments or creating a game table). In the future, we cannot waste development resources like this. The same applies to games - there is no point in creating Vinti games that are played a few games a day. If we get more traffic to Mindoku, we may also consider developing some mind games. Thank you to all Vint users.
