Hello, When we opened the portal vint.ee 11 years ago, it was a hobby project and we had no idea whether anyone would even play on this portal. The first games were checkers and chess. Today, we can say that vint.ee has left its mark on the Estonian chess scene - 1 million chess games have been played on our portal! It is the best time to bring out some interesting chess-related facts: 1) A total of 13408 users have played chess 2) The user who has played the most chess on our portal is IKSX - 48251 games! 3) As you know, we record all the moves of chess games made between users. Today, we have 70 million moves in our database, meaning that 70 moves are made in an average chess game! 4) There have been 4700 chess tournaments 5) The chess tournament with the largest number of participants has been within the framework of the Mental Sports Olympiad - there were 190 participants 6) The longest chess game has lasted 13 hours! 7) The most moves (421) were made in one game in 2007. True, we probably didn't have correct draw detection back then. 8) The most reviews (4000!) were received by one herdsman!
