Could the draw offer be limited somehow or could this draw window appear somewhere in the corner where it does not interfere with the continuation of the game (as is known, making another move is a refusal of a draw, so it would not be necessary to press the no button in this window every time).

Yes - in the near future there are plans to remove all popup windows (I think these windows could appear to the right of the game board). But the draw offer in general will probably remain as it is, i.e. you can offer after each of your moves.
