Chess tournament time control

Hi, We recently changed our timekeeping: we lost compensation for time lost due to slow internet. Could the time control for the 19:00 chess tournament now be 5 2? Personally, I only play in the game room with a 10/15 2 time control, but 5 2 could also be tried sometimes, 3 2 is clearly too fast. Or should we have several tournaments a day, with different time controls?

several because I usually play 3 0 or 5 0
I would also recommend doing several so that there is something for everyone. If there was a tournament with a 10 2 or similar time control, I would probably even participate. 5 2 and 3 2 are too fast for me in chess...
There could definitely be several tournaments on Saturday and Sunday. I can't say on weekdays, I once did but there were no players.
In my case, the probability of participation is higher with a longer time control :)
