Keir-Christian Sugul won the Russian Checkers Tournament Series 2022

The six-week Russian Checkers Tournament Series 2022 ended this week.
61 interested people played checkers during the tournament series, and exactly 20 checkers players participated in at least twenty tournaments!

The tournament series was won by our young future hope Keir-Christian Sugul , who scored 240 points in the tournament series!
13-year-old Keir-Christian has shown significant development this year: In the adult category, he has won two medals: 3rd place in the Estonian Championship in Brazilian Checkers and 3rd place in the Estonian Championship in Rapid Checkers (Russian Checkers) .

Second place went to Algo Laidvee with 233 points. It is noteworthy that Algo has been Keir-Christian's coach for the past three years. This time, the student managed to beat the teacher!

Third place went to Jüri Hermann , who scored 224 points.
