Does this vipindus work in mindoku or is it just for the sake of beauty at the moment - I don't plan to become a vipindus, but for those from elsewhere it would be like a sign of quality if it worked, and since it's international, you could know who you're playing with: When playing a game, the colors of the national flag are displayed next to the name or somewhere else in the profile. What's worrying is that my logo is missing. As of now, I can't find it when googling, unless I search for "mindoku". But otherwise it's a pretty good site.

Yes, the suggestions are good. We'll improve things gradually.

posted by jaanus The Vindi team has recently been working on creating an international mind games portal and the first version is ready. We also have a domain name, inspired by the suggestions of Vindi users, it was "Mindoku". So you can find Vindi's international cousin at http://www.mindoku.com. Suggestions, comments, remarks, constructive criticism and words of praise can be posted in this same topic.
Powerful

posted by wire
posted by wire you should move your winch down to Mindoku, with all the kupa, all the reg. names, then you will really be interested, otherwise you will be alone there like a jet in the mountains
and if it is a pity to lose the game, adapt it to be childish for ages 2-9 and leave it for Estonian children to play, where there would be colorful and childish pieces, watch chessmaster10th edition on disc. and promote it in Estonian media, but move us all to Mindoku, then we can play games there
it is still not possible to play chess and checkers in Mindoku because of the drought, on the other hand you can go to the Jõgeva checker club to play both chess and checkers and other games in the wide world, where sometimes there is no room to enter the game environment, the game board is worse, but on the other hand there are a lot of interested people. (so about 20,000 chess players, and with a rating below 1500 you cannot play with everyone, you rather play with your own kind.)

Mindoku is really empty of chess players

Why not make vint.ee international instead? Why another site? It would be better to move the whole thing, it wouldn't be worth running between two pages.

Mindoku could also have chess tournaments, if Meikop thinks that chess is a game of thought and 3min and 5min games are just instincts, then the tournament length could be like 10min 2sec. That way you could also get chess games in there, the same goes for checkers. Tournaments of traditional games are not organized, it doesn't work anywhere. If you leave the tournament unfinished, the opponents should still get points for the player who left the game unfinished and also get tournament points, then there would be no sloshing, otherwise if the start is poor then they will leave the tournament unfinished. At least -100 points will be deducted from the player who left the game unfinished. Some also run from a chess tournament to a checkers tournament, let them decide not to play 2 at the same time, otherwise they will only mess up the table!

Mindoku could have 10 2 chess, it's just a matter of whether there are enough players. Elsewhere, 10 0 is still played quite a lot. No one else will come there unless their own people play there. It's really hard to rush into a match. A person who leaves a tournament should stay in the standings until the end and get zeros. The same principle applies if they give up. Very rarely, if the internet goes down, they still leave. However, I think that this VIP freeroll in this form has outlived its usefulness. Something should be changed if it is no longer needed.

Since there are no people in Mindoku at all, you can't play Othello with Estonians :(

There is an Othello tournament every day at 9:00 PM in Mindoku. You could start meeting there too!
