Chat during and after the game

In addition to setting the rating range and turn time of opponents, the game table creator could have the option to choose whether or not to write in the chat window during the game. I would be happy to use this option, because all kinds of comments distract from focusing on the game (at least in a thousandth). Another thing that is annoying about the current system is that when a window appears at the end of the game asking if I want to play again and I click "No thanks!", the game table is still opened and new players who want to play can sit at the table. Why is this so? Why can't three players who have finished the game be able to chat there for 5 minutes without having to rudely ignore those who want to play?
