It took a while but I got it done!
I tried dragging and it worked.
In some portals, a long drag causes the piece to end up on the wrong square (in the case of a poor internet connection, the connection is probably interrupted during the drag).

You should now be able to drag buttons in all chapter types and Lines Of Action!
