Looking at the Gallup results, it is clear that Texas Hold'em needs to be brought to the fore next year. I have also already started some thinking and programming and I am creating this topic here to discuss various nuances. Programming this game is quite a challenge. In terms of logic, the most difficult thing is probably solving side-pottie. And in terms of graphics, I have to think about where to put all these call, check, bet buttons. 1) First, I will create the option to play based on rating (maybe later also the option to play directly based on credit) 2) When creating a table, you can choose a time control (per move - extra time etc. is a later development): 15 sec to 1 min. per move 3) The table size is 6. There is no point in making it smaller, we can think about a larger table in the future. Later, I can also add the "Head's up" functionality, or in our opinion "Invite to a duel". The game starts automatically when there are already 3 players at the table. You can join and leave the table on the fly - there is a 10/15 sec. break after each round. The table closes when the table creator closes it. 4) There will be a No Limit option 5) When creating a table, the small blinds have 1, 3, 5 and 10 "money" to choose from 6) Each user will get 500 "money" to start with. If it is played down, there is an opportunity to buy your rating again for 500 for credit. 7) I will save all sorts of statistics in the database. There will be views such as "Biggest wins", "Biggest pots", "Best results" (how often a Royal Flush is obtained :D) etc. 8) It probably doesn't make sense to put a rating limit on the tables. The size of the small blind probably determines how "serious" players play at the table. If any experts can give good advice, it would be welcome :)!

1. Turn time. A minute is obviously a lot! 15 seconds is enough and a time bank could be used as a reserve, for example, 30 seconds or a minute, and when used automatically (if you are away or forgot), a louder sound will start "ticking" (like in board games when there is no time) etc. If the reserve in the time bank runs out, your hand will automatically "check" or "fold" when the turn time expires. There is no point in offering options for the turn time. For a starting stack of 2,500, 5/10, or small/big blinds, is suitable. Here you should consider whether they also increase over time or whether an "ante" is added. (With multiple tables) This is how tournaments are done and the winners are also determined faster. At cash tables, the blinds do not change, but the organizer "ticks" from pots and buy-ins distributed in different ways. 3. If initially only 1-table systems are used and tournaments are not organized, then the "basis" of the rating system could simply be the "prize money" earned; whoever gets more will be ahead, and if you lose, you will fall behind. Each user should then be given a certain starting amount of chips for poker (for 1 game/tournament) and when they run out, perhaps they should be allowed to "buy more" within a certain period of time, for example within half an hour, which of course would make the so-called rating calculation more complicated. The entire history of the chip balance should be able to be tracked. The calculation of the so-called cash tables should be completely separate, of course.

This game is a piece of empty land for me and I admit that the bog is at least smarter than me in terms of talking, but I am capable of learning on Latvian vodka. Today I discovered the Belarusian vodka "Khutorskaja Žimnaja" in Latvia, it is mint-flavored and drives away all the germs

/ this game is a piece of empty land for me and I admit that the bog is at least smarter than me when it comes to talking.../ the game anyway - you have to bluff and fool as much as you can and find the right disciples for you and you will be the winner :)

But what happens if you play through 500 chips, but don't want to buy more with money? I would offer a free reload after a while.

I always play games with play money anyway.

There is a solution to eliminate these "play money all-ins" - if you play your money away, you can't play anymore. At least for a while. Either make a new account, wait a while (a day, two?) or reset your rating for credit. Another option is to make a POT limit anyway, let's think about it, let's try it.

But 1 token is still 1/1000 of a credit or even less.

If there is no reload after a while, it is completely pointless. In the end, only VIPs play with each other. Most so-called "free-money" games have a reload, I think you can reload new chips every hour on Pokerstars.
