To make the Vint board game ranking more up-to-date (so that the ranking reflects the ranking of active players), the following changes were made to the ranking: 1) A user will be removed from the ranking if they have not played any scoring games in Vint in the last 14 days (7 days in leisure games (Nails). Tournament games are no longer included in this calculation - the user must play this game in the game room. 2) The user will be able to return to the ranking immediately after playing a scoring game in the game room of the corresponding game. Best wishes, Vint.ee team

Hi, this 2)...point is a bit confusing. So (for now) with the old point calculation or starting from scratch again?

Still with the old rating:) The rating will NOT go back to 1400!

Well, I don't really understand the point of this point. The goal at this point is to have players in the ranking who actually practice here. So is playing in tournaments somehow showing your inactivity or something?

User-organized tournaments could take into account the overall rating, and the overall rating could then increase or decrease depending on a win or loss. However, the rating for official tournaments should only change when playing in official tournaments. So to stay in the overall ranking, you would have to play at least one game in a game room or in a public user-organized tournament within a certain period.

I understood how it worked, and I don't think these ratings (numbers) are relevant at all right now. Playing in a tournament shows that a person is active, and I think that should also be reflected in the ranking.
