Changes to tournament entry

Hi, I translated the tournament entry page and also made a few changes: 1) There are no longer any time limits when entering a tournament (previously the minimum time was five minutes and you could enter 2 weeks in advance). Now you can even create a tournament for next year. 2) Tournaments with entry fees now have the same rules as regular tournaments (one free tournament per day). NB! If anyone finds any problems entering tournaments, let me know immediately!

If I do a potion tournament and a nail tournament an hour later, do I have to pay or is it like 1 tournament per day in each game?

Under the current system, some malicious person can still make a mess, for example, regarding the break between tournament rounds.

The pause is visible when entering the tournament room. and to the point - I'll think about it a bit more - maybe we should put a limit of 3 tournaments per day so as not to devalue the tournaments.

Since we will be entering tournaments from different time zones in the near future, we had to solve this somehow - so that when entering a tournament, people would see the start time in their own time zone.
