I added a new feature today: It is now possible to post directly to a user's profile.
The need arose from the desire to post a shout-out to a user who had left us.
But posts can also be made while a person is still alive: to thank a good playing partner, to recognize a great achievement, etc.
Only verified users can post to the profile!
PS! If anyone is missing a specific icon to react to a post with, please let me know!

Mets, you can't hide your username yourself, if you're verified, that's the thing! You can report it and then your username won't be hidden, but your verification will be removed, even though you've been identified. Why do such nonsense!? Let me remind you once again that even in the deep Soviet era, pseudonyms didn't have to be made public; if they were, the authorities knew anyway, just like vint.ee here knows who you are. I've been verified here 3 times!! But you can't participate in official tournaments with your name, because at that moment the username is associated with my real name, which can't be forced in any way! It's not safe at all, as many VIP and verified users have also given examples here, how personal information about a person can be obtained very quickly through these 2 associated names.
A particularly silly objection/reasoning has been that only verified users can then see each other's data, which means, for example, that VIP users are a class below and verified users are all wonderful people who behave well and cannot use data obtained by evil. Why would a teacher who wants to play in official tournaments, but doesn't want his students to see him playing poker, create some kind of fake account and use a different email address for that? Is there any other gaming site in the world where such a compulsion exists?

It turned out that responding to posts was broken. Now it's fixed!
It seems like users are confusing profile posts with inbox messages. Does anyone have any good ideas on how to better differentiate between them?
Maybe this is a matter of basic reading skills!
