Tournament of a Thousand

Hello!
Could someone point out or explain how points are awarded in a thousand tournaments and for what? I'm asking because I've experienced that sometimes you get a few pluses and sometimes a lot of minuses for the same thing? What factors affect the points awarded?

Ahto95, don't look at the rating change after each round, it depends on where you are at the moment, not on what result you got in the round. Check the rating change after the tournament is over.
