Vint.ee browser notifications

Hello,

Yesterday we launched a pretty big update: browser notifications, or push notifications.

The magic of these notifications is that vint.ee can send notifications to your browser even if you don't have vint.ee open in your browser at the moment.

You can enable or disable these notifications. In the large hall at the top right there should be an icon where you can see whether you have these notifications enabled or not. PS! If you have disabled them but want to enable them again, depending on the browser you need to do this differently. For example, some browsers have a red icon in the address bar that you need to click.

When do we send notifications?

1) When you receive a new message in your inbox
2) If you are being privately messaged in the game room but you have already gone offline
3) If you have a 10 streak but you haven't played today and it's already 9:00 PM
4) If you have a 30 streak but you haven't played for 2 days (the streak is still recoverable) and it's already 9:00 PM
5) When a public tournament room opens and you have participated in a tournament in that game within the last three months

Next, we'll probably make friend lists. And friends are always visible in the big hall (even if they're offline). If you write to a friend from the big hall, they'll also get that notification (or email if notifications aren't enabled). That way you can easily invite friends to play.
