To make creating and logging into Vint's account more convenient, we have made it possible to log into Vint with a Facebook (FB) or Google account. When logging in with a FB or Google account, you will be directed to the corresponding environment, where you will then have to log in to either Google or Facebook. Next, you need to click "Allow" (Vint.ee only asks for your e-mail!) and you will land in the vint.ee environment already logged in. If your e-mail is not in our database, you will be asked to choose a username and a new account will be created for you - so: no more confirmation emails - Creating an account takes a few seconds! NB! If you already have a Vint.ee account but your Vint.ee account email does not match your FB / Google email, then you need to link your account to your FB / Google account: Log in to Vint with your username/password and go to the Change Data page. There you will find the option to link your account to your FB / Google account. We are waiting for your questions here in the forum!

Facebook login works again! As a reminder, why Facebook/Google login is good - you don't have to remember a separate vint.ee password, you can log in to vint if you know your Facebook/Google account password.

We only ask Facebook/Google for your email address, which is then used to log you into the portal.

Hello, In the last week I have received several reports that Facebook login is not working on some. Interestingly, it still works for many. The only logical explanation is that something has changed on the Facebook permissions side. We only ask Facebook for your email, which is the basis for logging you into the portal. Maybe some users are prohibited from asking for email on Facebook? I'll try to do some research myself, but those who have the problem could help a little and look into Facebook's settings regarding email visibility in applications.

This Facebook login is like a lunar eclipse for me, sometimes it's there, sometimes it's not.
