Since Jõgeva County was suggested before, I would suggest the following option: http://www.trofee.ee/trofee Koduka doesn't have prices posted, but I called them, and the price is about 32 euros per person. Mostly double rooms, but there are also single rooms and probably larger ones than double rooms (single rooms are more expensive). I haven't been there myself, but I think the pictures are pretty awesome.

Yes, the problem was: Room for 16 people 2 rooms for 2-4 people. This dorm is suitable for high school graduation parties, not for older and more polite people (us :)).

Breakfast is also included in the price.

My friend celebrated her birthday at Askari. The owners are nice and the house itself is big and cozy. If there are around 20 people coming, Askari is a great choice :) There were...if I'm wrong, around 30 of us and we all fit in nicely and stayed overnight.

looking at the pictures, location, price and kertzu's post, I have to admit that askari is a really good choice. In the second one, I missed the fact that there is only one room for 16 people:D
