A small problem.

Can anyone tell someone who doesn't know much about computers how to get rid of this?

I had the same problem with the latest Java update. It helped when I manually changed Java's settings. To do this, you need to search for Java in the Control Panel and lower the Security Level under "Security" (I had the lowest option "Medium" and that allowed me to open "suspicious" applets for Java again)
