Organizing closed tournaments

Hello, Closed tournaments were created on Vint with the aim of allowing users to organize tournaments where they could play in a closed group (classmates, friends, coworkers). Closed tournaments were previously organized only by Vint.ee administrators and for a specific purpose: To create chess/checkers tournaments for schools. With the advent of Sasku tournaments, users also started organizing closed tournaments on Sasku - with the aim of excluding users from the tournament who they did not like/suited. This has caused more hostility and alienation between users on Vint. As a solution, we came to a compromise: Closed tournaments will remain (so that it would be possible to hold tournaments with a closed group) but organizing them will cost an additional 5 credits.
