Find this option in your head and let regular users continue to play as before, because they are already so dependent on VIPs who make the table. And if it is really a pity, you are jealous that regular users can play for free, then put a lock on the card game room so that only VIPs can enter it. You could test the latter, you could see and know how many games are created and played in 24 hours. You are good and practical when it comes to game programming, but when it comes to customer management and pricing policy and its design, there is still a lot to be done here. Last year, for the first time, more cards were played in Vint than other games. Vint.ee should primarily be a portal for mental sports, not the largest/best card game portal. Playing cards is fun, but it should be more of an entertainment next to the main activity (mental sports). Children and pensioners should rather play a game of checkers or chess than reach the card game limit.
