I play for 2100 and if something is taken away, I cry for half a year and go whining on the forum!
Oh, this is far from a constructive debate. Many probably don't even bother to read my first post, they talk about the rating dropping below 1000, etc. One man is constantly in the hospital. I wonder how he has managed to stay in the rankings so far? As someone mentioned, other portals use a similar solution (so that the leaders of the rankings don't feel too comfortable). Ok, 5 points a day is a lot? 1 point is not enough. 3 points a day? Is implementing it after two weeks too soon? Let's do it for 2 months? Empty posts won't get us anywhere. Or does this topic belong to the category that just needs to be done. Everyone has their own opinion anyway.
I would say that five points a day would be normal and a month would be enough. There are still very few cases where you can't seriously play a single game for a MONTH.
Here you can see Estonian records http://www.ekjl.ee/content/editor/files/Edetabelid/Rekordid/ER201603T.pdf - A proposal should be made to the Estonian Olympic Committee that these records be declared invalid, because it has been a long time since some of them were set. They show that modern Estonians have become weak, but this demeans Estonians
I didn't say makeup had to go, yes. I didn't say it all the time, there's no need to think about it yourself.
Maybe I should close this topic, I already wrote once that it's up to the person whether they play or not. Forcing them to play is not nice. If someone wants to admire themselves and there's no other option, please let them enjoy it a little. Why take that away from them? Have a nice summer.
The problem at the moment, in my opinion, is that there are too few strong checkers players here. I think they are not really affected by this rating, so we should think of something else. The problem may also be that they do not want to betray their own game image very much, or simply because of the fast pace of life, they do not get here.
This can also be carried over to other games (i.e. not just a checkers problem).
In this regard, Meikop's idea may be good, to "remind" yourself. About the same as e-shops sending out emails to increase consumption. Thought sports may be a bit more ethical in this regard. In other words, the benefit to society is greater than simply buying more material s***.
There is no benefit here other than the boss wanting you to get more money,,,because you practically can't play if you don't have a VIP...and as you can see they want to use mean methods to force you to play if you don't want to lose your rating and what is this credit, it's a material thing...with which you can't do anything except play and that too in limited quantities.
