Public transport is supposedly free in Tallinn, but parking is generally not available after 8 a.m. Apparently, this excludes those who park their cars in a useful manner. In this regard, I propose that you either move the car, drive it, or move it 5 meters further into a useful parking area. How many people agree with this action?

The question is justified, the vint is not a parking lot and does not encourage parking. I addressed the players who drive and park their cars and whose cars are randomly parked downtown and have the same time of day.
