Hello, We have completed the tournament series functionality. Or rather - we have completed enough to organize the first official tournament series in Džentelmen. Some principles that we try to follow when it comes to tournament series: 1) A maximum of two tournament series will take place in parallel, mostly one. We have seen what happens when too many tournaments are entered during the day - users lose focus and it is difficult to decide which tournament to participate in. We are trying to avoid this with tournament series. Tournament series will be something that is expected and participated in. 2) There will be one tournament per day and the tournament length will be approximately 1 hour. We play with time control and the number of rounds to achieve such a tournament length. For example, in a thousand there will be a 20-round tournament, in Saskus there will be 15 rounds. 3) The prize pool depends on the popularity of the tournament: each user's participation in the tournament adds one credit to the prize pool. For example, if 30 users participate in the tournament series every day, by the end of the month (31 days) the prize pool will be 930 credits! We will reward the best six. We can also award a named Cup to the winner of the Tournament Series! 4) In most tournament series, the rating does not change - this way users with different ratings can participate. We have other options for changing the rating. 5) In the overall calculation, we take into account about 60-80% of the best tournament results, depending on the tournament series. In the case of Gentlemen, we start with the 20 best results out of 30 (60%) - this gives users a little more freedom to choose which days to participate. In general, we still recommend participating as much as possible - this way the probability of getting a good result is higher and the tournament prize pool is also larger.
