Connection problems with the vint.ee server

Hello, Vint.ee's server has been located in the Netherlands for the last 5 years, and we are provided with the service https://www.transip.eu/. We have been very satisfied with their service so far. We have seen several network problems in recent days. This evening, vint.ee was "down" for 5 minutes. And the problem was not only with the vint.ee server, but the entire transip.eu was also unavailable. What makes this problem interesting is the fact that vint.ee was down for Telia and Tele2 customers. But when a VPN was used (i.e. the connection to vint was established via a foreign server), vint worked. Perhaps the problem may not be with the service provider at all, but with the network connection between Estonia -> Netherlands. We would like to inform you at the moment that we are aware of the problem and are monitoring the situation. If these interruptions continue, we may move the vint server back to our homeland (for example, to the zone.ee environment).
